Loved my strawberry bingsu! My friend and I went on a rainy Tuesday around 4pm so there was no other customers in the shop. There is a self order kiosk and self serve water. I think because we were the only customers, our orders were brought to our table. Serving sizes are generous, I would say one of the smallest size bingsu can serve 2 people. I really enjoyed the strawberry bingsu, I was pleasantly surprised by the super soft texture of the ice itself. It came with a ton of whipped cream on top, which went well with the bingsu! I didn’t notice and dry flavorless spots like I do at other shops. Although, I noticed that they were out of the dairy free option and mango bingsu when I visited, so I would maybe call ahead if that is what you are looking for.

Overall a nice experience! I would say we came at a later time in the evening so it was definitely understandable how the service was lower than expected but nothing major occurred to ruin our experience. The tables were sticky and seating was a hit or miss but that's also understandable with dessert spots. I would say the price for the size was steep, especially since adding toppings were $1+ but other bingsoo shops usually come larger in size, with toppings for the same price. Would I go again? Sure, but it wouldn't be my preference considering the price didn't match the value of the dessert. We ordered the fruity pebble & strawberry bingsoo (unpictured), the total after tip was close to $40 and that was not including additional toppings. Roughly each one cost us $15 + tax + tip, for reference.

A delicious dessert spot in Seattle with lovely ambiance. Serving sizes are really large so I recommend sharing. Self-order service is quick and gives you a lot of topping options but there are limited dairy-free options on the menu but most of the desserts are gluten-free. The mango is really fresh and complements the milk shaved ice well.

Self service order screen right when you walk in the door. Serving sizes are massive and it would be nice to have smaller options available. Presentation is nice but once the strawberries and whip cream are finished the flavors begin to dissipate quickly. The texture is interesting but flavorless. The strawberry dessert was $16 and we did not tip the suggested 15-20%. Order at kiosk and return tray to bus tubs. Why tip?

A great spot to get bingsu in the UW area for the shaved ice taste as well as the lively and cute cafe atmosphere. The bingsu is sweet and good and the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. Just beware that this place can get busy and have long wait times during peak times. Food I like to get the strawberry bingsu (shaved ice) but there are many other flavors as well. The strawberry is fresh and they layer them on beautifully on top of the mound of shaved ice. They also give you some condensed milk to drizzle on top (best part). The shaved ice is sweet and perfectly cold when served so that everything isn’t melting when you get it. The dessert is sweet but not overly too sweet which I really enjoy. Overall, a great spot to check out for bingsu in the UW area when not busy. Atmosphere Lively and casual place to hang out with friends and get bingsu. There are many seats but they can be a lot of people and students here taking up space and chatting for a long time. Noise level can get loud at peak times. The wait can also be very long when they’re busy. Pricing Prices are average for bingsu in the Seattle area. There are multiple sizes but really you get as much as you are paying for. I like the large size the most. Service Self order on the kiosk and then they will call it out when finished. Staff is friendly. The wait can be long though depending on how busy the store is. Other Street parking only but there is usually spots around if you look hard enough. May have to walk a bit though.

The ambiance is very cute and extremely clean and modern feel. The places is quite small so it might be hard to find seating during hot days. The service itself was very friendly and they got our orders to us really quick. Food I came here twice and both times left extremely satisfied. This is 100% one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Make sure to get all of the desserts with condensed milk. It adds another layer of sweet to the flavor. Note: the desserts are big, the smallest size would probably take 2 people to finish and enjoy. Taro (5/5): The taro flavor was definitely there but the highlight was the ice cream scoop on top of the Bingsu. Combing the ice cream with the taro Bingsu and the condensed milk was heavenly. Cheesecake (5/5): The same thing said above can be said about this flavor as well. The cheesecake bits were a nice touch and tasted really good.

We’ve been here many times, and this place never fails to amaze us! Their shaved ice is our favorite. You can choose the sweetness level and they offer S/M/L tubs. Large tub feeds 4-5 people. We always order the small size to feed 2 people. Parking is easy in this area of University District, people in and out often. Don’t forget to order their Taiyaki - cheese is my favorite!

The bingsu is delicious. Imagine a snowcone, but add in flavors such as oreo, cookies chocolate, vanilla, matcha, and with sweetened condensed milk. It is very tasty and Instagram worthy.
